Most of the population works as business owners so it requires understanding and knowledge and skills about entrepreneurship especially on the legality of the business. Our program aims to help the development of MSMEs in Lemahabang Especially in Picungpugur Village, Cirebon Regency. In the presence of the Establishment of legality the parent number sought (NIB) is essential to increase the competitiveness of the business while providing formal legitimacy. The service aims to raise awareness about the importance of business legality for SMEs in order to compete in the open market. One of the company's strategies in managing employees by providing compensation is given. Compensation makes employees highly motivated to produce good performance. PT Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit 3 Sumedang once provided salaries below the minimum wage of Sumedang Regency and there was a decrease in incentives from 2023 to 2024, the method used was quantitative, by disseminating data to 32 employees. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the overall score of the compensation statement is 2,056 and the overall score of the employee performance statement is 2,300 in the good category. The focus of the research in this study is to analyze the promotion strategy at Mediana Sumedang through the elements of the promotion mix. Which has the aim of knowing the promotional strategies carried out by Mediana Sumedang and knowing the obstacles and solutions to the promotion strategy at Mediana Sumedang. The research method used is using qualitative research methods where the method based on the philosophy of postpositivism is used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument. While the activities in data analysis begin with data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. From the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that Mediana's promotional strategy is quite good by using all promotional elements such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct/online marketing. Srikandi Diamond Motors Sumedang https://ejournal.lppmunsap.org/index.php/jobm/article/view/1534 <p><em>The automotive industry in Indonesia is one of the main sectors that significantly contributes to the national economy. According to data from the Indonesian Automotive Industry Association (Gaikindo), in 2021, a total of 532,756 passenger vehicles were sold, indicating a 7.5% increase compared to the previous year. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of price mix on purchasing decisions at PT. Srikandi Diamond Motors Sumedang. This research employs a quantitative approach with Simple Random Sampling technique, involving a sample size of 95 respondents. The research findings indicate that the independent variable (Price Mix) has a significant impact on the dependent variable (Purchase Decision). The t-test results reveal that the calculated t- value is -4.797, while the tabulated t-value is 1.66105. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R square) is 20.1%, explaining that the influence of price on purchase decisions is 20.1%, while the remaining 79.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Mitradana Putra Utama Finance Bandung. The problem with &nbsp;this &nbsp;company is the lack of optimization in improving employee performance. This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Mitradana Putra Utama Finance Bandung. So, to improve employee performance, namely by providing work motivation by the company to employees. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach, documentation, and data collection techniques using observation and questionnaire methods. The sampling technique in this research used Non- Probability Sampling. The number of samples used in this research was 32 respondents. Research data was analyzed through data normality assumption&nbsp; tests, simple &nbsp;linear &nbsp;regression &nbsp;analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this research show that work motivation and employee performance at PT. Mitradana Putra Utama Finance Bandung has a very strong relationship. This is proven by the correlation coefficient obtained at 0.742. Furthermore, work motivation (X) greatly influences employee performance (Y). This is proven by the calculation results of the coefficient of determination which was obtained at 55%. The research uses a descriptive method with a sample size of 97 respondents. The data source used is secondary data in the form of sales reports from the last three years, 2020-2023. The results of the study show that the implementation of promotions carried out by Erafone is very good, falling into the "strongly agree" category with a score of 6.348, and the implementation of sales carried out by Erafone is also very good, falling into the "strongly agree" category with a score of 6.452. The data analysis techniques used include simple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, and determination analysis. The results of this study indicate that promotions have a positive and &nbsp;significant effect on&nbsp; sales at Erafone Store Sumedang, with a correlation coefficient of 0.575 or 57.5%. The result of the determination coefficient is </em><em>0</em><em>.331 or 33.1%. The natural resources and superior potential found in Desa Leuwidingding are worth utilizing and developing sustainably. However, the number of visitors who come is still relatively low because the construction has not been optimized and stopped during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through community service activities, as a form of participation in the development of the tourism village, students create a work program that carries the concept of "Agro-Edu-Tourism,” or known as agricultural educational tourism. Putra Lingga Jaya Sumedang which is a company in the furniture industry. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence organizational culture has on employee performance. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a total of 31 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using saturated sampling. The results of the research show that the value for the organizational culture variable obtained a score of 1,297 in the good category, while the assessment for the employee performance variable obtained a score of 1,286 in the good category. The results of simple linear regression obtained Y = 10.029 + 0.752X and the t test results tcount &gt; ttable amounting to 9.062 &gt; 2.045 with a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05.&nbsp; The relationship between organizational culture and&nbsp; employee performance&nbsp; is&nbsp; 0.860&nbsp; at&nbsp; a&nbsp; very&nbsp; strong&nbsp; level.&nbsp; organizational culture on employee performance obtained a value of 73.9 while the remaining 26.1% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. Put another way, the company's productivity is only one indicator of how the work environment impacts the business. The key to a company's success or failure is its productivity, hence measuring it is crucial. North Sumedang Tirta Medal Water Company has also suffered a drop in output, which is attributable, in part, to staff carelessness but also to factors like an unpleasant workplace and inadequate illumination. The purpose of this research is to ascertain the extent to which the working conditions of the Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Medal, North Sumedang personnel affect their output on the job. Approach Quantitative methodologies were used in this investigation. The data is presented in this paper. This follows the rules of quantitative research, which use data collection, processing, and interpretation in statistical hypothesis testing to explain the connection between variables. This research found that for n = 28 (df=26), the t-value is 3.032, with a p-value of 0.05.
