This study aims to find out how the implementation of reward and punishment for employees at CV. Bestro Project Sumedang. This study used a qualitative research method with reward and punishment variables. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The research informants consisted of 5 people, namely Owner/Director, Manager, Head of Production, DTF Operator and Marketing. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of rewards at the company was good, including salaries given in accordance with company policies, bonuses given according to employee performance, appreciation in the form of praise for performance achieved and fostering a family system within the company. While the punishment that is implemented is still not optimal. Thepunishment applied is light punishment in the form of verbal and written warnings, moderate punishment in the form of a decrease in salary and severe punishment in the form of termination of employment. Gumilar Putra, as well as to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at CV. Gumilar Putra. The problem in this research is the decreasing number of CV customers. Gumilar Putra in 2023. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this research was incidental sampling with a total sample of 230 respondents. The data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires and observation. Statistical testing in this research used IBM SPSS for Windows 25 software. Data analysis used was normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the implementation of service quality has good criteria with a total score of 14,193. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction has good criteria with a total score of 8,696. The magnitude of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction is 37.4%, while the rest is influenced by other variables. Traditional marketing, which relies on one-way communication through mass channels such as television and print, now faces challenges in reaching younger and informed consumers, who prefer more personalised and direct interactions. In contrast, social media offers opportunities for companies to interact directly with consumers, enabling more segmented, personalised and cost-effective marketing. &nbsp;However, social media marketing also comes with challenges, including platform algorithm changes and data privacy concerns. This study aims to explore the shift from traditional marketing to social media marketing, by identifying the challenges and opportunities faced by companies in implementing effective marketing strategies. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores changes in marketing strategies implemented bymanufacturers in facing the challenges posed by the pandemic. Research data was collected through interviews with business owners. The results of the research show that before the pandemic, the marketing strategy for Pasireungit Kihaji abon oncom products focused more on direct sales and participating in exhibition events. However, after the pandemic, there has been a significant shift towards digital marketing, including social media users and marketplace platforms to reach a wider range of consumers. Apart from that, product and package wider range of consumers. Apart from that, product and packag innovation is also the main focus to attract consumer attention during the period of adapting to new habits. Packaging and labeling are important elements in a marketing strategy that not only protect the product, but also serve as a visual communication medium to attract consumers' attention. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents, using a census technique because the population is relatively small. The results of the study indicate that both packaging and labeling have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing interest. Attractive packaging design, clear information on the label, and suitability with consumer preferences have proven to be the main factors influencing purchasing decisions. The study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents, with samples collected using accidental sampling techniques. The independent variables in this study are product quality and price, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The results of multiple linear analysis show that both product quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 76.4% indicates that the variables of quality and price explain most of the variation in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 23.6% is influenced by other factors not covered in this study. The study concludes that product quality and price are important factors in increasing customer satisfaction at Warkop Simple. This study aims to evaluate the drug distribution system at PT Kinarya Mitra Sejahtera Sumedang, and to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of distribution operations carried out. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with observation and documentation study techniques. The results of the study indicate that the company has implemented the principles of Good Drug Distribution Practices (CDOB) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), but there are obstacles in recording drug inventory due to the unavailability of a batch code system. This has an impact on delays in the recording process and potential delays in delivery. The effectiveness and efficiency of distribution are greatly influenced by human resource (HR) management, where skilled and trained workers are able to improve performance and compliance with regulations. Therefore, the implementation of a batch code system is an important priority in order to increase work productivity and optimize distribution services.
