The development of community-based agritourism in Desa Baginda holds significant potential to improve the village's economy, yet it faces various challenges. The background of this research focuses on optimizing the existing natural resources of the village, such as fertile agricultural land and biodiversity, which have yet to be fully utilized for agritourism. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, collecting data through in-depth interviews with community members, the village head, agritourism managers, and participatory observation. The findings reveal that low community participation in the planning and management of agritourism is a major obstacle. Additionally, inadequate infrastructure, ineffective marketing strategies, and a lack of training and education for the local community hinder agritourism development. Despite these challenges, there is significant potential to increase the village's income through this sector if supported by appropriate policies and better collaboration between the community, government, and the private sector. The sustainability of agritourism in the village is highly dependent on the responsible management of natural resources. To ensure long-term success, it is essential to promote sustainable practices, improve infrastructure, and enhance the local community's skills in agritourism management. This research highlights the importance of a comprehensive approach in overcoming the challenges and unlocking the potential of agritourism in Desa Baginda.
