INOVASI PENGEMBANGAN PRODUK KRIPIK PISANG DALAM MENINGKATKAN KREATIFITAS UMKM DI DESA CINTAJAYA
Abstract
This activity aims to provide training on digitalization development. Especially
MSMEs in Cintajaya Village. there is product packaging development,
development of several flavor variants, packaging, Digital Marketing. The
method of this PKM activity is by means of counseling and training. This PKM is
based on the obstacles faced by partners. PKM is carried out through training
activities, providing a pre-test before training and a post-test after training,
monitoring and evaluation stages by assessing the implementation of the
program carried out by the service team. The results of the activity showed that
after receiving training on flavor variants, their knowledge increased to more
than 80% of 20 people. Meanwhile, digital marketing training, after receiving
packaging training, their knowledge has not increased because less than 50%
of the 20 participants. This is because Mrs. Tati, as a banana chips MSME, finds
it very difficult to implement digital marketing because with conventional
marketing, they already have many consumers, such as shops, markets and
resellers. Then local people who are employees are limited in having Android
cellphones, so they cannot help Mrs. Tati to market products online. With so
many consumers buying banana chip products, it is hoped that Mrs. Tati will
always maintain the quality of the products and packaging so that consumers,
especially resellers, can become partners so that resellers can market online on
social media
