Stunting is a global problem, especially in developing countries including Indonesia, which has an impact on child growth failure, child achievement, and increases the risk of infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases in adulthood, and reduces productivity. The quality of an adolescent is one of the factors that can determine the incidence of stunting. Lack of information about preparing for stunting prevention early on in adolescents, especially about preparing for the First 1,000 Days of Life (HPK) can also increase the risk of giving birth to stunted children. This community service activity was carried out at SMP N 13 Jambi City. The implementation time was in February 2025. The target is female students of SMPN 8 Sumedang. The method of this community service is a lecture. The method of implementing this activity is by counseling students. The targets in this activity were students of classes VIII and IX of SMPN 8 Sumedang, namely a total of 50 people. There are variations in knowledge changes about anemia in adolescent girls. Some aspects showed improvement such as understanding how to prevent anemia (74% to 80%) and knowledge about supplements (58% to 68%). The community service activities carried out are an effort to instill awareness in adolescent girls regarding the importance of consuming nutritious food and Fe tablets. This can be a form of anemia eradication to prevent stunting in Mekarjaya Village, Sumedang Regency.
