The SDGs are an integrated effort to realize a poverty-free village.</em></p> <p><em>The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The informants were determined using the purposive sampling technique, so that five research informants were obtained, namely: Village Government Administration, Development Implementation, Community Empowerment, Community Development and Disaster Management. Data collection techniques are literature studies and field studies consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data processing is carried out using data reduction, data display, and data conclusion drawing/verification.</em></p> <p><em>Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that measuring program effectiveness was seen from the accuracy of program goals, program socialization, program objectives, program monitoring has been running effectively but not optimally, because it is hampered by limited budgets so that it hinders to achieve program goals effectively. Undang-Undang number 23 of 2011 concerning zakat management, which then gave rise to several other regulations until Presidential Instruction Number 3 of 2014 emerged. Through this instruction, several regional governments began to issue regulations to support zakat management regulations. In this regard, the zakat paid is in the form of professional zakat or income. The purpose of this study was to determine the history and implementation of professional zakat for civil servants in Sumedang Regency. The research method used was descriptive analysis with primary data sources from interviews and secondary data from books and related journal articles. The results of this study are that professional zakat for civil servants in Sumedang Regency is implemented with reference to Perda Number 2 of 2016 concerning Zakat Management and for nisab refers to the Baznas Decree. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the quality of service of the data validation system as a support for population administration in the village government in Cimalaka District, Sumedang Regency can be achieved and what are the inhibiting factors and efforts to improve the quality of these services. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. Informants were determined using purposive sampling technique. With research informants, namely the general service section of Cimalaka Subdistrict, general service heads of licin village, nyalindung village, cibereum kulon village, and community leaders in the three villages. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, documentation, and triangulation. While the data processing procedure in this study uses data reduction, data display, data conclution drawing/verification.Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the quality of service of the validation system in Cimalaka District, Sumedang Regency can be said to be quite good, but there are still factors inhibiting the quality of service, namely there is no special socialization program because it is related to the budget, in terms of service facilities, namely slow internet networks and poor server conditions, and low work standards to achieve data updating targets. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The research results show that the implementation of disaster mitigation at the Sumedang BPBD has gone well, especially in terms of communication, coordination, human resource competency, and outreach through the Disaster Resilient Village (DESTANA) program. However, there are obstacles in the performance of the Rapid Response Team caused by organizational conditions and limited human resources. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include increasing communication, synchronizing between implementers, and optimizing existing resources. Researchers recommend that BPBD make more efforts to develop disaster risk management programs, add supporting facilities, and regularize training to improve the quality of human resources. The results of the research concluded that community participation in the family planning program, medical surgery for women in Sumedang Regency has run optimally in accordance with planning related to the dimensions of community participation, but has not been maximized in the dimension of willingness to take responsibility because there are still many people who have not maximized it. in terms of knowledge about the program. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the BLT-DD program in overcoming extreme poverty in Cisitu District, Sumedang Regency. The instruments used in this study are measuring the accuracy of program goals, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. This research uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used are literature studies and field studies consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data processing procedures in this study are data reduction, data display, conclucion drawing/verification and triangulation. The technique for determining research informants, namely purposive sampling with 5 research informants. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the effectiveness of the BLT-DD Program in overcoming extreme poverty in Cisitu District, Sumedang Regency as a whole has not been effective enough. There are obstacles faced in the implementation of the program, including uneven targets due to lack of administrative completeness and inaccurate data, uneven distribution of information that causes a lack of public understanding, lack of understanding and education about program objectives that cause dependence so that there is ineffectiveness of program objectives, as well as in-depth and unresponsive supervision and evaluation. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the Effectiveness of the Tourism Destination Development Program by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Sports of Sumedang Regency. This study employs a qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques through literature review, field study, and triangulation. Informants are selected using purposive sampling, resulting in four informants. Data processing procedures include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the Effectiveness of the Tourism Destination Development Program by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Sports of Sumedang Regency is still hindered in its implementation. The research population was 30 people, consisting of all regional apparatus within the Sumedang Regency government. The sampling technique used a saturated sample or census, that is, the entire research population was used as respondents in the research. Data collection techniques were carried out using documentation studies and field studies through the distribution of questionnaires.<br>The technical data analysis carried out in this research is a path analysis model (Path Analysis). The results of testing the main hypothesis show that the implementation of Regional Development Information System Policy (X) has an influence on Development Data and Information Management (Y). The influence of regional development information system policy implementation (X) on development data and information management (Y) is 46.2%.</p> <p>Suggestions for improving problems in implementing regional development information system policies are that improvements to the bureaucratic structure still require improvement, especially for SOPs for policy implementation that need to be prepared/established, apart from that the data also shows that it is still necessary to clarify the division of tasks and functions. The research informants consisted of: Chief Executive, Secretary, Head of the Emergency and Logistics Section, and Operation Logistics Data Center. The data collection technique is literature study, and field study consisting of observation, interview, and documentation. Meanwhile, data processing techniques are data reduction, data display, data conclution drawing/verification and triangulation. </em><em>Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that to measure organizational performance in terms of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsability and accountability are good. From this study, the results were obtained, namely the finding of factors that support the socialization of the four-document newborn service guarantee program, to increase public awareness, especially pregnant women, to participate in running the program. The method used in preparing this research report is the Qualitative Quality Research method. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling, namely a technique for sampling data sources with certain considerations. Four people were used as data sources/informants, namely: Service Secretary, Young Expert Culture Officer, Regional Arts and Culture Analyst (2 people). Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, the Miles and Huberman model was used with the steps: data reduction, data presentation, Conclusion drawing/verification, and triangulation, as well as data validation. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the publicity of Sumedang pusuer Sundanese culture at the Sumedang Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Department was not running optimally, because there were things that influenced publicity, such as the dimensions of writing publicity material with technical indicators for searching for news and technical news writing which were still less than optimal. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The research determination technique is purposive sampling. The research informants include the Head of the PGP program committee, the Finance Division of the PGP program committee, and the Program Division of the PGP program committee. The data collection techniques used are literature review and field studies consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data processing procedures in this study are data reduction, data display, and data conclution drawing/verification. Based on the research results, it can be described that the implementation of the PGP program has gone well but is still not optimal due to several obstacles, including factors such as poor information, lack of teacher motivation and understanding regarding the PGP program, and restrictions on the quota of participants who take part in each program. class, which causes several members who have graduated to have to "park" first because of the limited quota. The Sumedang Regency Regional Government as part of the regional tourist attraction manager must have a regional tourist attraction promotion strategy. Tahura in Sumedang Regency is part of a regional tourist attraction which is one of the regional income from the tourism sector. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a tourist attraction promotion strategy that can have an impact on increasing tourists to Tahura tourist attractions in Sumedang Regency. So that the purpose of this research is to analyze the promotion strategy of Tahura tourist attractions in Sumedang Regency. The method that researchers use is qualitative research methods. Qualitative research methods are defined as the steps used by researchers to solve problems and answer their research questions. The results showed that three of the four tourist attraction promotion strategies could not be implemented optimally by the Sumedang Regency Regional Government in carrying out Tahura promotion. The absence of promotional slogans and taglines, the lack of complete tourist attractions, and the absence of people marketing that helps promotion. The local government has so far only been able to provide good road access for tourists where road access is part of the marketing infrastructure. The method used in preparing this research report is descriptive qualitative method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with 3 research informants: Head of Division, Functional Officer, and General Functional. Data collection techniques through literature studies and field studies. In analyzing the data used the Miles and Huberman model with steps: data reduction, data presentation, conclution drawing/verification, and triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the optimization of work in the Highways Division is quite good as seen from the optimal 4 dimensions that have found the results, namely, work quality, ability, initiative, and communication but there is one dimension that is less than optimal, namely accuracy of work. The results show that in the dimension of work accuracy in improving the optimization of employee performance, several indicators of research findings are not optimal, namely the timeliness of work is not optimal, the accuracy of completing tasks is not optimal, and working hours are over time where work in one day is not completed properly so that overtime is needed. The obstacles in optimizing performance based on the results of the study include in terms of individual factors, namely the high workload of employees. Organizational factors are the removal of sections in the organizational structure in the Bina Marga field. Environmental factors that hinder are the lack of facilities and infrastructure and the use of technology that is not optimal. The technique of determining research informants is purposive sampling, with research informants, namely the Head of the Sumedang Regency Public Street Lighting UPTD, SIPPUJAAN Application Program Administrator, Street Lighting Maintenance Technician. Data collection techniques used, namely literature study and field studies consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data processing procedures in this study, namely data reduction, data display, data conclusion drawing / verification and triangulation Service Mechanism, the service process through the SIPUJAAN application has provided convenience for the community in reporting PJU damage. This mechanism replaces manual methods with a more effective digital system. Service Suitability, the services provided are in accordance with the needs of the community. Incoming complaints are handled based on the level of damage and availability of resources. Technical Capability and Competence, the service manager has competence in accordance with their duties, from administrators to technicians, so that damage, especially of a technical nature, can be handled professionally. Ability Feasibility, the technical capabilities possessed, especially in the electrical field, are sufficient to handle various levels of damage, both minor and severe. However, although the service quality of the SIPUJAAN application is quite good, continuous improvement is still needed to optimize the service. This improvement will have an impact on public satisfaction as the main indicator of public organization performance.
