Abstract

The concept of the area bounded by a curve is a concept that is quite often studied in schools and is part of the course of calculus. Some of the difficulties that are often found related to this problem are often encountered in the process of graphing and algebraic analysis. The use of sophisticated graphics in a software can make it easier to understand the concept. Geogebra is one of the most commonly used open source software. The use of integrals in determining the area through GeoGebra can improve students' conceptual understanding skills in describing a graph of a function and can solve problems related to integral concepts. So that students can visualize a graph of a function well and can motivate students to understand that material concept
