This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Tamusu RR crackers offer unique flavors with quality ingredients. Through flavor innovation, packaging improvement, and social media promotion, this product seeks to expand the market. Consistency of innovation and effective promotional strategies are expected to make it superior in the traditional cracker industry.
