PENGARUH MEDIA ANIMASI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA PADA MATERI SUHU DAN KALOR

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of science subjects on temperature and heat. This is due to science learning that is less than optimal so that it affects student learning outcomes. One of the efforts that can be made to improve science learning outcomes is to use animation media. The use of animated media is a strategy to improve science learning outcomes in elementary schools, because it can increase students' curiosity, the learning process will be more effective and help students understand abstract information to become more concrete. This study aims to determine the effect of using animated media on science learning outcomes. This research method was Pre-Experimental in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design with a sample of 30 fifth grade students at SD Negeri Bunisari. The data collection instruments used in this study were the pretest and posttest, for data processing including the normality test and t test. The results showed that there was an effect of animated media on science learning outcomes in the subject of temperature and heat for fifth grade students at SD Negeri Bunisari, Jatinunggal District, Sumedang Regency, in the academic year 2022/2023. This is proven by the results of the t test calculation which shows tcount = 10.22 > ttable = 2.045. This means that there is an influence of animation media on science learning outcomes in the material of temperature and heat.
