Abstract

Critical Thinking ability is an that must be possessed by students in obtaining a science, especially science so that students can capture the knowledge that is well received and students can develop this knowledge widely. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the videos-assistesd inquiry model on the critical thinking skills of students in class IV energy source materials at SDN Nagrak II, Buahdua District, Regency, in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The method used in this study is an Model Pexperimental research desigen, namely Pre-Experimental Desigen (Nondesigen) in the form of OneGroup Prestest-Posttest Design. The data collection technique used was written test with 10 PG questions. The subjects in this study were the fourth grade students of SDN Nagrak II totaling 20 people consisting of 10 male students and 10 female students. Based on the processing of the pretest and posttest results through the t-test of 20 students, the average value was 21,8 the standard deviation was 84,82, 11.49 and 2.0930. thus, this shows that = 2.0930 =11.49=2.0930 then it is rejected and accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the inquiry model assisted by video learning on the critical theinking skills of students of class IV Nagrak II energy source material for the 2021/2022 Academic Year.
